Introduction

Please take the time to read through the rules since breaking them could lead to unwanted consequences. These rules apply for group stages for the moment.

1. Competition Rules

- Matches will be played 5v5 (you may get 1 less or 1 more if agreed with the opponent) you cant play with 3 players or 7 players.
- Each team will have 2 captains (1 Reserve)
- Each team will play each other. Twice, a Home and an Away match.
- For discipline, clans will be awarded yellow and red cards as warnings. Red = disqualification from the match that you are currently playing also if you receive a red card you can’t play the following match. If you receive two yellow cards in a match you will get a red one. If you got 2 yellow cards (not gotten in 1 match) and you get in the next match a yellow card you will be suspended the following match.

2. Pre-Match Rules

- It is the responsibility of the team captain to discuss the matches. There are plenty of ways contacting the opponent such as xfire or forums, therefore there should be no excuse for failing to do so. Please be active!
- A set date and time will be given for each game
- If you cant make the match in time(the 3 days limit) both teams will lose the game.
- Ask an admin for server information just prior to the match.

3. Match Rules

- Both teams must have 5(can be 4 or 6 to) players in the server at the agreed time. The latest the war can be delayed is by 15 minutes
- A forfeit loss will be awarded to the team that do not have 5(can be 4 or 6 to) players within 15 minutes of the agreed time unless the other team agree to play after
- If no admin is present, it is the team captains responsibility to check the GUID's. There will be a list of people's guid on the website to check against. Remember, once the match has started, you cannot claim a win because the other team had an unlisted player. Sort it out BEFORE the match
- The match will be 2 maps in which both teams will have to pick a map from the mappool The Team that has the Home Match decides which side they want to play first(on both maps). You need to make clear yout Home Map before the Competition starts. You cant chance your map after that.
- Subs are allowed as long as they are quick but they must have been selected for the team.
- No whining. If a player that isnt a team-captain globals at any time, they will lose the round and the player will receive a yellow card.
- The team with the most rounds wins! (clans MUST play the entire match, regardless of whether they have won or not, otherwise the opponent will recieve all remaining rounds which will make the point difference smaller than it should be)
- A team is allowed 1 pause per map. The team must request the pause before the next round starts otherwise that round has to be played. The pause can last just 5 minutes. Just type /matchtimeout and the match will be frozen for 5 minutes.
- Referees are allowed to watch

4. Post-Match rules

- After the match, the captain of the winning team post the results on the forums with screenshots. If possible can the captains also do a screenshot after doing pb_plist in console
- If an opponent did not show up, please post just after the arranged time so there is some proof. Any team that fakes a no-show could be disqualified for 2 matches so they lose 2 matches
- If there are any disputes after the game, please let an admin know
- Win = 3 points ... Draw = 1 point ... Loss = 0 points
- Let an admin know of the result if available

5. Maplist

- The maplist will be chosen from the following maps:
- Choose your map Wisely though cause after you have Chosen this will be your map for the rest of the competition!

6. Servers

- There should be enough servers available to choose from. Each match will be allocated a server to play on.
- During a match, either trusted admins will be given rcon or there will be vote on in the server
- The server will have PB and will be streamed
- Round length will be set to 3 minutes with killcam OFF and other standard scrim rules
- max fps will be set to 250 so there is no advantage for anyone


7. Demos

- It is 100% necessary to record demos during a match. Just type /record.
- The opponent is allowed to request up to 3 demos of the team for valid reasons.
- Any player that fails to hand in their demo will receive a red card and is suspended for the following match. Also, the team will lose the match 40-0
- Demo's will be used to solve any conflicts or issues
- You need to ask for a demo in 24 hours afther that he can delete it.

8. Players & GUID

- Your team can have a max of 12 players
- Every team must pick members from those selected.
- If a player does not have the same GUID mentioned in the site, they cannot play
- If the other team does not notice and you are caught, the player will recieve a red card and is suspended for the following match.
- If a sub has the wrong guid, since the game has already started and you are caught, the game will be forfeited for your team

9. Cheating and Abuse

- If a pbss shows any sign of hacking, player will be disqualified, added to the master ban list and the match will be forfeited for his team
- If hacking is obvious in a demo after consideration, the player will also be disqualified and the match will be forfeited for his team
- NO GLITCHING/BUGS is allowed at all. e.g no reload glitch
- If any aimglitching or fastshooting is spotted during combat, the round will be given to the opponent automatically
- Jump plants are allowed as long as the defuser can get to it. Trickjumps are not allowed!
- Any constant abuse in game or to any admins will result in a yellow card

10. Awards

At the end of the Competition there will be several awards
Golden Rifle: The Player with the most Kills
Does this thing work? The player with the least Kills
Survivor: The Player with the least Death’s
Did we Start? The Player with most Death’s

Also After Each map that is played the referee will give you a note from 1 to 10

IF ANYTHING HAS BEEN MISSED OUT PLEASE ASK AN ADMIN OR POST ON THE FORUMS UNDER THE QUESTIONS SECTION
